Privacy policy

In short: we keep what is needed for the site to work for you, we do not sell it and you can delete it whenever you want.

Who is responsible for your data

Sistemas de Gestión SAS (CUIT 30-71574362-7), owner of Qualis Cars and qualiscars.com, located at Francisco Acuña de Figueroa 536, Buenos Aires City, Argentina, is responsible for the personal data you leave on this site. For any question about your data, write to info@qualiscars.com.

What data we keep

We only keep what is needed for the site to work for you:

Your account: your name and the email or mobile number you sign in with. If you sign in with Google, Google gives us your name and email; never your password.
What you do with your account: the cars you get quotes for (make, model, year, trim, mileage and, if you use it, the plate), your payment plans, favorites, booked visits and the requests you send us.
Your path through the site: which pages and cars you view and which buttons you tap, linked to an anonymous browser identifier and, if you have an account, to your account.

What we use them for

To give you an account: saving your quotes, plans and favorites and showing them when you come back.
To serve you: when you book a visit or message us from a plan, the salesperson receives your contact details and what you built, to be prepared.
To send you the sign-in code by email or SMS.
To improve the site: understanding what gets used and what does not.

Who we share them with

We do not sell or hand over your data. They are processed on our behalf only by the providers that make the site work: site and database hosting, the service that sends the emails and SMS with your code, and Google if you choose to sign in with your Google account. Some of these providers process data outside Argentina.

Cookies and data in your browser

We use one cookie to keep you signed in and another with an anonymous identifier to recognize your browser. Your browser also stores your preferences (language, currency, light or dark) and the cars you viewed recently. We do not use third-party advertising cookies for these features.

How long we keep them

For as long as you have your account. You can delete it at any time from "My account": your account, quotes, plans, favorites and requests are removed. If you completed a transaction with us (a reservation, purchase or sale), that data is kept in our records due to legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access your data, correct it or have it deleted, by writing to info@qualiscars.com. Argentina’s Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, the supervisory authority under Personal Data Protection Law 25,326, handles complaints from anyone who believes their rights were affected.
