At Qualis Cars we are committed to giving you the best experience when buying a used vehicle. That is why every car is inspected beforehand and comes with a mechanical warranty for your peace of mind.
Every used vehicle for personal or family use includes a three-month warranty from delivery. It covers the proper running of the car: any mechanical issue that arises in that period is handled at no extra cost, provided the car is used under normal conditions. We carry out the Qualis Certified Check of 200+ points, covering mechanical, electrical, cosmetic and legal reviews, to international standards.
Any repair needed during the warranty period is carried out by trained professionals. The time the vehicle spends in repair does not count toward the warranty term, which extends your protection.
The warranty covers the parts essential to running the vehicle: the engine (including pistons, connecting rods, crankshaft and valves), the transmission (gearbox and clutch), steering, brakes, suspension and the main electrical components (alternator, starter motor and battery, if not worn by use). It does not cover normal wear items such as tires, brake pads or cosmetic accessories, except for manufacturing defects.
The bill of sale signed at the dealership serves as the warranty certificate. Keep these documents: they are essential to assert your rights if anything comes up.
